Understand how to implement activity-based costing in your organization.

Our 8 hour, two day course lays the foundation for your team to implement an activity-based costing model. The course discusses the use of activity-based concepts in a variety of contexts and includes various means to integrate with existing cost systems.

Activity-based costing (ABC) has been accepted as the means to identify costs to the customer and product level.  It's impact is broad including cost-to-produce, cost-to-serve, pricing and P&L significance.

The concepts of ABC are known to many, but there is still confusion as to how best to utilize this tool to your advantage. This two-day, nine hour course will provide your personnel with an overall understanding of how ABC can fit into your organization. The concepts will be taught in both theoretical foundation and coupled with real-world implementation experience.
